Senior Japanese Language Trainer
Geetha Menon is a senior Japanese language trainer at Saachi Japanese Language Institute with JLPT N2 Certification and nearly 15 years of teaching experience. She holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry and a B.A. (Hons.) in Japanese Language.
She has trained students across JLPT N5 to N3 levels, specializing in Japanese grammar, spoken Japanese, and practical communication skills. She has also conducted intensive language programmes and corporate Japanese training for various organizations.
Known for her patient and supportive teaching style, Geetha Sensei focuses on building students’ confidence in real-world Japanese communication while providing individual attention to learners. She is proficient in English, Malayalam, Hindi, and Tamil.
Mr.Tsutomu Koide (小出努)
Senior Japanese Language Trainer
Mr. Tsutomu Koide currently lives in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, and conducts reading and conversation classes at Saachi Japanese Language Institute. He worked with a Japanese company in Bangalore from 2015 to 2024, during which he began supporting Japanese language training alongside Lata sensei. With his native-language expertise and practical industry exposure, he helps students understand authentic Japanese pronunciation, natural expressions, and real-life communication. He believes that, although Japanese can be challenging, consistent practice and confidence help learners achieve fluency in speaking, writing, and listening.
Ms. Vidya Natarajan
Japanese Language Trainer
Vidya Natarajan is a JLPT N2 certified Japanese language trainer with an MBA degree and prior corporate experience with Citigroup’s UK FT Department. She has been associated with Saachi Japanese Language Institute for the past four years, conducting beginner-level Japanese classes and corporate training programmes. Her teaching approach is structured, interactive, and learner-friendly, helping students understand Japanese in a practical and engaging manner. Along with Japanese language teaching, she also enjoys teaching Mathematics.
In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and pursuing creative art forms, including traditional Tanjore painting.
Ms. Aiko Arai
Japanese Language Trainer (Based in Japan)
Aiko Arai has been conducting Saachi conversation classes since 2023 from Japan. She focuses on creating a warm, friendly, and comfortable learning environment where students can gradually build confidence in speaking Japanese naturally.
Her classes encourage active participation and practical communication, helping learners overcome hesitation while interacting with native speakers. She believes language learning becomes more effective when students enjoy the process and feel comfortable expressing themselves.
Outside teaching, she enjoys playing the ukulele and baking bread.

Subashini is a JLPT N2 certified Japanese language trainer at Saachi Japanese Language Institute, Bangalore, with a background in Commerce and two years of teaching experience.
She enjoys creating interactive, fun, and communication-focused learning environments for students of all age groups. Her teaching philosophy strongly aligns with Saachi’s practical and student-friendly approach to language learning. She believes students learn more effectively when they actively participate, enjoy the process, and build confidence through communication.
Ms. Anusha Narayan

Anusha Narayan is a JLPT N2 certified Japanese language trainer at Saachi Japanese Language Institute, Bangalore. She holds a Master’s degree in Translation and Interpretation (French-English) from Jawaharlal Nehru University and brings a strong multilingual background to her teaching.
She has trained both individual learners and corporate professionals in Japanese and is known for her engaging, approachable, and student-friendly teaching style. Drawing from her own language-learning journey, she helps students build confidence and enjoy the learning process.
Outside the classroom, Anusha enjoys travelling, scuba diving, exploring history and languages, watching anime, and spending time with her cats. She hopes to continue learning new languages throughout her life.

Jenika Prajapati is a JLPT N2 certified Japanese language trainer with over two years of teaching experience and 18+ years of experience in corporate communications and public relations. She also holds the TTC-B course certification from the Japan Foundation as well as the TEFL certification. Her teaching approach combines practical communication skills with business-oriented Japanese learning, helping Indian learners overcome common language challenges with confidence. She focuses on making Japanese practical, approachable, and easy to apply in real-world situations.
